If you need new or specific components developed, The Bionic Eye can design, prototype, and test them, from an individual one-off piece to large production runs.

We initially design and develop these as 3D models, allowing for aesthetic and functional adjustments to optimise and tweak without incurring manufacturing costs.

Once signed off, we use CNC and 3D printing or low-cost materials to create an initial test piece to ensure it works as designed.

The components are optimised during testing, with any necessary modifications made before final production.

After successful testing, we proceed with final production, providing a quick, cost-efficient, and effective method of creating new components.
